INGREDIENTS
200g Banana, mashed
80g Chobani 0.5% fat Greek yoghurt
40g Muscle Nation Choc Hazelnut WPI from Supps42
35g Premium Dark Cocoa Powder
25g Avalanche Sugar Free Drinking Chocolate
3g Xanthan Gum
25g Noshu Sugar Free White Chocolate Baking Chips
METHOD
Preheat oven to 170°C spray and grease loaf tin
Combine dry ingredients
Add wet ingredients
Add some water if required
Sprinkle evenly with white chocolate chips
Bake for approx. 15 minutes
Allow to cool slightly before slicing into 8 even pieces
