Pumpkin Pie Protein Balls

Makes 10


INGREDIENTS

210g cooked Pumpkin, pureed

15g Peanut Butter

20g Sugar Free Maple Syrup

25g Muscle Nation Natural Protein Cinnamon Scroll flavour

40g Almond Meal

40g Coconut Flour

4g Coconut Sugar

Pumpkin spice mix (Cinnamon, nutmeg, ground ginger, ground cloves, salt)


METHOD

  1. In a bowl combine pumpkin, peanut butter and maple syrup.

  2. Stir in protein powder

  3. Add almond meal, coconut flour and coconut sugar. You will need to press together with your hands

  4. If really dry add a touch of water until you get a firm but slightly sticky consistency that is able to be rolled into a ball

  5. Separate mixture into 10 and roll to form balls

  6. Roll in additional toppings if desired; coconut, Cinnamon sugar, cocoa, nuts

  7. Refrigerate for an hour


Store in an airtight container in the fridge
