Protein Banana Bread Recipe

INGREDIENTS
195g banana - the riper the better ! (Approx 2)
1 cup oats (blend 3/4 cup, keep remainder aside)
1 cup plain flour
45g Muscle Nation Vanilla Ice cream Whey Protein from @supps42
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp bi carb soda
150g Chobani plain 0.5% fat Greek yoghurt
1/4 cup coconut oil melted
1/8 cup honey
1/8 cup sugar free maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla essence
35g walnut chopped
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
METHOD
1. Preheat oven to 160°C grease loaf pan
2. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl
3. Mash bananas and combine wet ingredients
4. Keep aside a small amount of unblended oats & walnuts to garnish
5. Mix wet and dry ingredients together
6. Pour mixture into prepared pan
7. Garnish using reserved oat and walnuts
8. Cook for 30-40 minutes
9. Remove from oven when a skewer comes out clean from the centre
10. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before removing from tin
11. Slice into 8 pieces
12. Reheat for 20 seconds
Can be kept for up to a week or frozen and thawed
