Serves 8
INGREDIENTS
25g puffed rice (approx 1.5cups)
35g (1 scoop) Chocolate Muscle Nation plant protein powder
30g Sugar Free Maple syrup
30g Rice malt syrup
50g Peanut butter (drippy one- i like mayvers)
20g 85% Lindt Dark Chocolate
METHOD
1. Place peanut butter, rice malt syrup, maple syrup and chocolate in a bowl and microwave for 30 seconds. Mix. Continue for melt in 15 second intervals until fully melted. Allow to cool slightly
2. Fold through protein and puffed rice
3. Line a loaf tin with baking paper, add any extra choc chips or extras
4. Press into tin, refrigerate for 1 hour
5. Slice into 8 pieces
