INGREDIENTS


Base

40g Sugar free maple syrup

10g honey

50g coconut oil, melted

45g Muscle Nation WPI Coconut Caramel from Supps42

45g desiccated coconut

15g coconut flour


Caramel

45g honey

15g sugar free maple syrup

10g coconut oil, melted

5g coconut sugar

15g Muscle Nation WPI Caramel Popcorn from Supps42


Garnish

10g desiccated coconut


METHOD

Mix together each layer and layer into moulds. Garnish with coconut

Allow to set for 1-2 hours

Slice into 12 equal portions
