Peanut Butter, Banana and Chocolate Protein Pancakes

INGREDIENTS


Pancakes

1 egg

30g @musclenation peanut butter plant based protein from Supps42

95g/ 1 medium banana


Mash banana, mix in egg. Add protein. Add a splash of milk of required

Its that easy.


Cook on a low - medium heat until small bubbles appear and the outside begins to firm up

Flip, allow to cook for about 30 seconds and turn pan off. (They will keep cooking, this is the most common mistake and why protein pancakes are known to be dry and cardboard like)

Top with your favourite toppings


Toppings

15g 85% lindt dark chocolate chopped

5g Muscle Nation Peanut Butter plant based protein from Supps42 mixed with a tiny bit of water to make a paste

15ml sugar free maple syrup

50g strawberries

60 @fitlato favourite flavour, we have cookies and cream here


I also put some of the chocolate in the pancakes

I got 3 pancakes from this mix, adjust the size to make more or less


Note: this recipe is suited to plant based proteins. If you use whey protein you will have to add some more dry ingredients (flour, oat flour, almond meal) as whey absorbs liquid differently and usually becomes a thinner consistency
