Protein Strawberry Cheesecake

INGREDIENTS
BASE
30g Corn thins
FILLING
50g lactose free sour cream
50g Chobani plain 0.5% fat Greek yoghurt
70g Light Cream cheese - at room temperature
40g Muscle Nation Strawberry Cheesecake Casein Custard from @supps42
4g Stevia
JELLY
40g Frozen Sliced Strawberries
70ml Lite Aeroplane Strawberry Jelly, allow to cool to room temperature.
METHOD
1. Spray moulds
2. Using a food processor, crush corn thins
3. Add a splash of water to prepared corn thins to resemble a crumb mix
4. Press into prepared moulds, place in fridge
5. Mix all filling ingredients together
6. Spoon mixture into prepared moulds.
7. Place 3-4 sliced strawberries over the top of the filling.
8. Ensuring that the jelly mixture is cooled to room temperature, pour over the strawberries.
9. Carefully place into refrigerator, and allow to set for min 3 hours
10. Remove from moulds
11. Enjoy
Can be kept for up to a week in the fridge, in an air tight container

Recipe extremely versatile. Recipe can be adjusted to use a different flavour custard, adjust jelly layer accordingly, or remove completely.
