300g Cooked Pumpkin, pureed

45g Sugar free Maple Syrup

6g Natvia Gold

Salt

Nutmeg

Cinnamon

Ground Ginger

Mixture makes approx. 2.5 cups

  1. Mix all ingredients together, creating a smooth texture

  2. If mixture is watery, mixture can be placed in a pot on the stove and stirred constantly at a low heat to evaporate water

  3. Allow mixture to cool

  4. Store in an airtight container in the fridge

Delicious ways to be consumed:

- On toast by it self or with cream cheese

- On top of waffles or pancakes

- With a piece of cake

- Top your ice cream

- With Yoghurt

- Mixed in with your oats

- Topping for your scones

- Spread on a fresh croissant

- Mixed with peanut butter to create a delicious thick peanut pumpkin paste

The possibilities are endless !

Adjust the sweetness dependent on your pumpkin and personal desired taste

Pumpkin can be roasted or boiled. Roasted will result in a sweeter and darker butter

Canned pumpkin can be used if desired
