Single Serve


INGREDIENTS

45g @musclenation Peanut Butter Plant Protein from Supps42

20g buckwheat flour *

1 tsp baking powder

Stevia if desired

Pinch of salt

10g @noshufoods sugar free choc chips, reserve some for the top

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk **


To serve

Nutino Hazelnut spread, heated to make runny

@mayversfood peanut butter

Your favourite @fitlato flavour - here we have vegan choc hazelnut


Preheat oven to 180°C

Mix all cookie ingredients together, adding milk slowly, see notes

Pour into tin - small skillet, bowl, quiche tin will work

Sprinkle with remaining choc chips

Bake for 11 minutes

Carefully remove from oven

Add toppings

Enjoy, eat while still warm


*buckwheat flour can be substituted for any other flour, buckwheat has a nutty flavour so complements this combo nicely. Liquid may need to be adjusted


**almond milk can be substituted for other milk, add slowly as different flours and proteins will absorb different, you are wanting a runny paste like consistency, little bit thinner then a cake batter


This one is also gluten free, dairy free, sugar free and oil free
