Strawberry Cinnamon Scroll Smoothie Bowl

INGREDIENTS 

150g Frozen Strawberries 

30g Cinnamon Scroll Muscle Nation Plant Protein 

10g XO Crunch 

5g Coconut Flakes 

Approx 100-150ml water

Ice


METHOD

Using a high-powered blender or food processor and blend together ice, 120g frozen strawberries, and protein with minimal water to begin

Blender will need to be stopped and scraped down a few times to ensure a smooth consistency. 

Add minimal water to begin – you can always add more! Adding too much water will result in a thin drink like consistency rather than a thick sorbet consistency 

Patience is key

Spoon into a bowl and add toppings 

Garnish with remaining strawberries, XO crunch and coconut flakes 


Extra optional toppings; chia seeds, pistachios, peanuts, maple syrup, cinnamon
